Ayame Morikawa, Ph.D., TFT-VT, TFT-RCT
Ayame is a psychologist and studied international relations in Political Science at the Western Michigan University. She worked international marketing for the Japanese enterprise.
She earned her PhD Degree in Psychology at the California Coast University.
She lived and studied in other countries including the United Kindgom, France, South Korea... etc. She is also a soccer player. The various experiences in different cultures and her private life enhanced her pliability and insight in working with people and their mind.
She is the Callahan Techniques Thought Field Therapy (TFT) approved trainer and the only Voice Technology (VT) therapist in Japan, the highest level of TFT. She is also a supervisor of TFT, the Eye Movement Decensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) part II certified, and a kinesiology instructor.
She has been working especially on "depression", "trauma", and "dissociation" among Japanese and offers integrative approach to body, mind, and language with the use of TFT as a quick treatment.
Curretnly she offers mental health support to companies, supervises practitioners, and offers, in her private practice, individual self-help program to enchance his or her performance and quality of life.
Author of "Tsubo-uchi TFT-Ryoho"(Kodansha, Tokyo, 2009) and "Meridian points for stress care in two minutes" (Mikasa-Shobou, 2010).
